In this guide, you will learn where to find all the processed withdrawals.

View all the processed withdrawals

To view all the processed withdrawals, click “Payments” ➡ “Processed Withdrawals” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see all the processed withdrawals, whether it was declined or approved.

Some information on this page are similar to what you will see on the “Pending Withdrawals” page such as the record number, player ID, and player name.

Note: All the player IDs and names are hyperlinks. Clicking on one will take you that player’s details page.

The only difference here is the addition of the “Status” column which tells you whether the withdrawal request was approved or declined.

You can also filter the list by the player ID and the date the withdrawal was requested.

For example, if you like to see only the withdrawals from the player whose ID number is 495782, write “495782” on the “Player ID” field and press “Enter” from your keyboard or the “Search” button.

You can also export the list of all the processed withdrawals.

Click on the “Export” button.

Then, click whether you want the list to be in Excel format (.xls) or in Comma Separated Values (.csv).
