How to access a player's details page

Inside the back office, there are two ways to access a player’s details page:

  • From the “View Players” page

  • From the “Modify Player” page

You could access a player's details page from the “Modify Player” page only if you know the specific player ID number.

On the table, the emails, first names, and last names of all the players are hyperlinks.

Clicking on either the email or name will bring you to that player's details page.

Note: You could actually edit the information listed here except for eight things — the player ID, affiliate ID, agent ID, currency, last login, last deposit, registration date, and registration IP.

The second part contains the different account actions that the admin can apply to that account.

All the actions here are independent from one another. Activating one will not affect the others.

To activate an action, all you have to do is click on its “Apply” button.

Note: Take caution when deleting a player account as doing so is an irreversible action.
