Manage the pending withdrawals

To view all the pending withdrawals, click “Payments” ➡ “Pending Withdrawals” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see all the pending withdrawals along with some information such as:

• The withdrawal record number

• Player ID

• Player name

• Amount to be withdrawn in the player’s preferred currency

• The date the withdrawal was requested

• Status of the withdrawal

• Recipient wallet of the withdrawal

• Admin actions on the withdrawal request

Note: Everything under the “Player ID” and “Player Name” columns are hyperlinks and will bring you to a player’s details page.

If you want to approve a withdrawal request, simply click on the “Process” button. Otherwise, click the “Decline” button.

If there are a lot of withdrawal requests, you can also use the filter functions on the table.

You can also export the list of all the pending withdrawals.

Click on the “Export” button.

Then, click whether you want the list to be in Excel format (.xls) or in Comma Separated Values (.csv).
