How to manage the FAQ items on the support page?

On the front end, there’s a nice FAQ section to help players with their basic questions.


As an admin, you can freely edit those FAQ items and even add new ones.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage those FAQs.

FAQ management

To start, click “Admin” ➡ “Support” ➡ “Support FAQ” on the menu bar.

What you will find here is a list of all the FAQs on the support section of the front end.

You can update existing FAQs or add new ones.

Add a new FAQ

To add a new FAQ, click on the “Add” button.

To proceed, select which category the FAQ belongs, the FAQ title (the question), and the FAQ description (answer).


Note: The support categories can be managed on the “Support Category” page.

Do the same for all the languages in the system.

Then, click the “Add” button.

Edit an FAQ

If you would like to modify an FAQ, simply click on the “Update” button.

Here, you can change the question and the answer as you like.


Once you’re done, click on the “Update” button at the bottom.
