How to manage a support category?
The FAQ items listed on the “Support” page on the front end are grouped by categories.
Those categories can be managed from this page.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage support categories.
Manage support categories
To start, click “Admin” ➡ “Support” ➡ “Support Category” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see all the existing support categories.
You can then add a new one or edit an existing category.
Add a new support category
To add a new category, simply click on the “Add” button.

Then, simply enter the name of the category in English as well as in other languages installed in the system.

After that, click on the “Add” button.

Edit a support category
To edit a category, simply click on the “Update” button.

This is similar to the earlier form. Simply edit the name of the category and click on the “Update” button.
