How to send a notification to players?

There are primarily two ways to reach out to a player — email or notification.

In this guide, you will learn how to send a notification to a player or to a group of players.

How to send a notification?

The first thing to do is access the “Notifications” page in the back office.


Click “Players” ➡ “Notifications” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see all the recent notifications that were sent to the players.


If you would like to create a new one, click the “New” button.

There are three ways to select which players get the notification:

  • Player ID

  • Segment

  • Group


Note: You can apply one, two, or all three of the criteria.

If you would like to send a notification to one player only, you can either enter that player’s ID number or find him by pressing the + button.

Alternatively, you can also press the Notify button found on a player’s details page.

On the segments form, you can either write the name of the segment or select from a list.


Simply click the + button and select the segments you want to send a message to.

If you want to specify which group you want to send a message to, simply click on the dropdown.


The group simply refers to the player’s loyalty tier.

Once you have selected your recipient, all that’s left is for you to compose your message.


Finally, click on the “Send” button.

Once the notification is sent, you will see this message.
