How to see the business overview report?
On the “Business Overview” page, you will see various information about your business.

To access the business overview report, click “Reports” ➡ “Business Overview” on the menu bar.

There are three columns on this table:
Opening Balance
Promo (Bonuses)
Cash
What information will you get from this list:
Total deposit since your business started. This is only in cash since the players can only deposit with cash.

Total withdrawal since your business started. Again, this is only in cash since players are not able to withdraw their bonuses unless they convert it to cash.

Total campaigns or bonuses since your business started.

The adjustment row represents any adjustments made caused by the actions of an admin. As you may know, an admin can edit a player’s cash balance and bonus balance.

The games report row shows the total amount wagered in bonuses and in cash.
All financial information listed here is in Euros. So if a player’s preferred currency is USD, it’s automatically converted into Euros.
In addition, you can also filter the list by segment and date (from and to).

For example, if you want to show only reports taken from Australian players, all you have to do is click on the “Select Segment” dropdown and choose “Australian players”. Then, hit the “Search” button.

Then, select the type of format.

As with all the tables in the back office, the “Reset” button resets the table.
