How to search for players in the system?

The player list will allow you to view all the players that are in the system.


However, there are instances when you need to search for specific players.


Fortunately, this is easy to do.

In this guide, you will learn how to search for a specific player or players in the system.

Search functions

To be able to search for a player in the system, you have to be on the “View Players” page first.

There are three search functions available on this table:

  • Search

  • Advanced Search

  • Clear Search


The first one is a basic search function that will allow you to search for players according to ID, first name, and last name.


To use it, simply click “Search” and it will further show the fields where you can enter the criteria.


Then, enter the information required and click on the “Search” button below the fields.


Note: You can use one criterion or all of the criteria. If you know the first name and the last name of the player, that will make your search easier.


For example, searching for “Dennis Canadian” will yield the following result:

The next function is the advanced search function that will enable you to search for players using more than 20 different criteria.


If you click on Advanced Search, you will notice that it has a submenu which further groups the criteria into three:

  1. Account

  2. Personal Information

  3. User Activities


The criteria on “Account” include those that are unique to the players’ account information like account status, player validated, language, etc…

The criteria on “Personal Information” are similar to what you can set using the regular search function, but with more options like street name, gender, country, etc…

The criteria on user activities include bet from, bet to, cash balance from, cash balance to, and more.

Note: You can view the player’s activities history from his or her details page.

Lastly, the “Clear Search” function will reset the table and refresh the web page. This will return the table to its default state.
