How to manage the admin notifications?

Admins receive alarm reports when a player has exceeded a limit or control.


As an admin, you can manage those notifications and choose which trigger to enable or disable.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage those admin notifications.

Manage admin notifications

To start, click “Settings” ➡ “Admin Notification Settings” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will be able to enable/disable the triggers that cause the notifications as well as the limits behind these triggers.


These notifications are shown on the “Alarm Report” page. The system will also let you know whenever there are new notifications on the generation notifications bell (orange bell) on the top header bar.

There are nine notifications here:


1. Player Deposit Greater Than an Amount With Credit Card


The system will alert you whenever a player deposits an amount, using a credit card, greater than the limit amount specified on the right side.


2. Player Deposit In Single Day Greater Than an Amount


This is when a player deposits an amount greater than the specified amount in a single day.


3. Deposit Made Greater Than an Amount


This is similar to the one above except that this refers to a single deposit. Meaning, whenever a player deposits an amount in one instance greater than what you have specified, you will get an alert.


It’s possible to receive all three of the alerts.


Note: You can set a maximum cash deposits limit for every single player on his or her player details page.

4. Deposit Request Failed


You will receive an alert if a player deposit has failed either due to the payment processor or from his personal lack of funds.


5. Player Won Big Cash Amount In Total Greater Than an Amount


This is when a player won a big cash reward that’s greater than the amount you specified in a single day. This is to catch players who are cheating in some way.


6. Player Won Big Amount Greater Than an Amount In a Single Round


This is similar to the previous one only that this is in a single round.


7. Player Account Frozen


This will alert you if a player’s account got frozen possible due to entering the wrong credentials in a specified number of times.


Note: You can set how many times a player can enter the wrong username and/or password before his or her account gets frozen.

8. Campaign About To Expire


The system could also alert you if a campaign is nearing its expiry date.

9. Withdrawal Request Made By Player


Player withdrawal requests have to be approved by the admin. When enabled, the system will let you know if a player has made a withdrawal request.


If you have made any changes, don’t forget to click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
