In this guide, you will learn how to manage player identity uploads.

Player upload notification

The player upload notification bell will show you the number of pending uploads.

The player upload notification bell is the left-most bell (yellow bell) found on the top header bar.

Manage player upload

To manage the player upload, you can directly click on the bell button.

Alternatively, you can also click “Players” ➡ “Player ID Uploads” on the menu bar.

On this page, you could approve, reject, or delete the upload.

Note: If you delete the upload, the player may reupload another file. If you reject the upload, the player will not be able to upload another document and will need to contact the admin support to provide the option to reupload.

Note: The player’s name is a hyperlink. Clicking it will bring you to that player’s details page.

One thing you need to know here is that you could click on the image’s thumbnail to have a larger view of the upload.

Previously approved and rejected file uploads

There are submenus on this page that will allow you to view previously approved and rejected file uploads.

To view all previously approved file uploads, simply click “Approved”.

To view previously rejected file uploads, click “Rejected”.

On the Approved view, you would see a “Reject” button while you would see an “Approve button” on the Rejected view.
