How to manage automated e-mails?
Certain player actions trigger automated emails.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage automated emails in the system.
Automated emails management
To start, click “E-mail” ➡ “Manage Automated E-mails” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will find all the automated emails sent, their template ID, and their banner.

Add email template
You can also add a new email template by clicking on the “Add” button.

The next steps are similar to the steps described in sending an email to a player.

The difference here is that there’s no recipient field. You will find here a field for the “Template ID”, “Banner”, and “Mail Type” (Transaction or Newsletter).
Then, you will have to write the title and the content of your message in English and in other languages in your system.

Once you’re done composing the message, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page.

Edit an email template
To edit an email template, click on its “Edit” button.

On the next page, you will be able to edit anything except for the “Template ID”.

Once you’re done making the changes, don’t forget to click on the “Edit” button.
