How to check the player report?
The player report page has information that’s quite different from what you’ll find on the players list.

In this guide, you will learn where to find the “Player Reports” page.
Check the player reports
To access the player report, click “Reports” ➡ “Player Report” on the menu bar.

The primary information you will on this page is the cool off period of players.
The cool off period is a time when players can’t log in on their accounts.
This can be set by the players themselves or by an admin to help regulate the player’s high gaming activity.

If you would like to delete a cool off, click on the “Delete” button of that entry.

On this table, there are filter functions available.
Besides the date range (the “From” and “To” fields), there’s a “Condition” field dropdown that will let you choose “All”, “Self Close”, or “Admin Close”.
To filter the report by the condition, simply click on the “Condition” dropdown and select the condition.
Then, click on the “Search” button.

You can also export the player report by clicking on the “Export” button or reset the table by clicking on the “Reset” button.
