Where to find the alarm report?

The alarm report details all instances of when a player has exceeded a limit or control. This also contains the information behind the general notifications bell (orange bell) on the top header bar.

In this guide, you will learn where to find the alarm report.

Check the alarm report

To access the alarm report, click “Reports” ➡ “Alarm Report” on the menu bar.

There are different instances that set off an alarm including:

  • Player deposit greater than the amount swiped with the credit card

  • Player deposit greater than the set maximum deposit amount for that player

  • Player won a total amount greater than a set amount

  • Player won an amount greater than a set amount in a single round

  • Player account frozen

  • Deposit made greater than a set amount

  • Deposit request failed

  • Campaign about to expire

The details, additional info, and available action can be seen on the table.


You can also filter the results by type (the different instances that set off an alarm) and date range.


If you would like to use a filter, all you have to do is click on its field, select from the options, and click on the “Search” button.


For example, if you would like to filter the table by type, specifically “Deposit Made Greater Than an Amount”, simply click on the “Type” field dropdown, select the option, and click on the “Search” button.

To reset the table, all you have to is to click on the “Reset” button.
