What do you need to know about the live chat feature?

As part of the support features, there’s also a live chat which caters to the needs of the players.

On the “Online users” section, all players accessing the front end will be shown here.

If ever the player enters his or her name, that name will be shown on that panel. Otherwise, you will only see “visitor…”

On the “Online operators” section, you will see all the admins and support staff who are online at that moment.

Hovering your mouse at the operator’s name will also show some of his or her details.

On the center is the new message from a player.

There are also widgets on the right which enable you to invite another user (operator), leave the talk, send the talk transcript to the email the player has provided, and show on the map the location of the player when available.
