How to view the admin activity report?

Using the admin activity report, you will be able to keep tabs on what the other administrators are doing on the system.

Check the admin activity report

To access the admin activity report, click “Reports” ➡ “Admin Activity Report” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see different information such as the account name of the admin, the admin type, what activity he did, a description of the activity, and others.


In short, this is a page that details all the activities of all admins on the system.

There are various filters you can implement on the list.


The first one is the admin type that lists all the 4 types of admin: Admin, Support, Manager, and Demo.


The second filter is the activity type that lists out all the main activities an admin can do on the system.


The third filter is the activity device.


The fourth filter is the activity browser.


The last filter is the date range (the “From” and “To” fields).


To use one, simply click on the dropdown, select an option, and click on the “Search” button.


For example, to know who has logged in on the back office, click on the “Activity Type” field, select “Log In”, and click on the “Search” button.

You can also export the admin activity report by clicking on the “Export” button or reset the table by clicking on the “Reset” button.
