One of the types of fortune rounds is the “VIP Level Wheel of Fortune”.

Manage VIP level settings

To start, click “Fortune” ➡ “VIP Level Settings” on the menu bar.

The settings you’ll see on this page are easy to understand.

The number on the loyalty tier field corresponds to the number of rounds or scratch cards the player gets.

After getting to a certain loyalty tier, that player only has the specified days in the “Expiry” field to claim the rounds or scratch cards.

If the “As Scratch card” checkbox is filled, the player will get a scratch card instead of a wheel of fortune round.

For example, a player who attained “Gold” status can claim 3 wheel of fortune rounds within 5 days he or she got the status. On the other hand, a player who attained “Diamond” status can claim 5 scratch cards within 7 days he or she got the status.

Note: Don’t forget to click the “Save” button if ever you change something.
