How to manage the blacklisted IP addresses on the front end?

Using the back office, you can blacklist certain IP addresses or countries from accessing the front end.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage the blacklisted IP addresses and/or countries on the front end.

Blacklist IP addresses on the front end

To start, click “Settings” ➡ “Manage Blacklist IP Front End” on the menu bar.

Here, you will see all the blacklisted IP addresses and countries as well as add new ones, edit, and even delete an entry.


Note: It’s possible to allow an IP address from a blocked country. You can do this by whitelisting his or her IP address.

To add an entry, click on the “Add” button

Then, select whether you would like to blacklist an IP address or a country.


If IP address, select “IP Address” from the dropdown and enter the IP address on the field provided. 


Then, click on the “Add” button.

If country, select “Country” from the dropdown and select the country you would like to block.


Then, click on the “Add” button.

To edit an existing entry, simply click on its “Edit” button.

You will see a similar form when adding a new entry. Simply click on the “Edit” button to save the changes.

Lastly, if you would like to delete an entry, simply click its “Delete” button.
