How to manage loyalty settings?

The loyalty settings primarily deal with the loyalty coins in the system.

Loyalty coins are virtual coins that can be used to buy products in the virtual store.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage some of the settings related to loyalty coins.

Manage the loyalty settings

To start, click “Loyalty” ➡ “Loyalty Settings” on the menu bar.

There are two settings on this page:

• Loyalty Limit Settings

• Accelerate Loyalty Setting

Let’s discuss each one below.

Note: If you would like to change something, simply make the necessary changes and click on the “Save” button.

Loyalty Limit Settings

There are two parameters here:

• Wagers Amount

• Time Limit (Days)

The “Wagers Amount” corresponds to the minimum amount the player needed to wager within the “Time Limit” given in order to win a loyalty coin.

Accelerate Loyalty Setting

As the players increase in their loyalty tier, the amount they will need to wager to win a loyalty coin decreases as specified in this setting.

Beginner players, as you can see, have 0%. Meaning, they will have to wager the amount specified in the earlier setting (which is 10) to win a loyalty coin.

Bronze players enjoy a 10% less on the required wager amount to win a loyalty coin. Silver players enjoy 20% less, gold payers enjoy 30% less, and so on...
