How to manage all the accounts in the back office?

It’s possible to have lots of accounts within the system.


However, only those with the “Admin” account type can manage all other admins.

In this guide, you will learn how to manage admin accounts in the system.

View all accounts in the system

To start, click “Settings” ➡ “Accounts” ➡ “View Accounts” on the menu bar.

On this page, you will see all the accounts registered in the system.

From this page alone, you can already add or edit a new admin, send an email to an account, or even delete an account from the system.


Note: You can directly email an admin from the “Admin” menu if you know his or her admin ID number or login name.

Add an account

From the “View Admin” page, you can add an account by clicking on the “Add” button.

Or, you could go through the menu bar route by clicking “Settings” ➡ “Accounts” ➡ “Add Account” on the menu bar.

This will bring to a page where you could fill in a form to add a new account.


Here, you need to enter the details of that account such as the name, surname, email, login name, password, popup password, avatar, and the account type.


Click on the “Add” button after providing all the necessary details.

The “Popup Password” will allow that admin to bypass the security pop-up when logging in into the back office.

There are four types of accounts in the back office:

  1. Admin: With access to every nook and cranny on the back office

  2. Manager: Limited back-office access

  3. Support: With access only to the support tickets and support chats

  4. Demo: With access to the whole back-office but actions done will not be saved

Edit an account

From the “View Admin” page, you can edit an account by clicking on the “Edit” button.

Or, if you know the admin ID number of that account, you could go through the menu bar route by clicking “Settings” ➡ “Accounts” ➡ “Edit  Account” on the menu bar.

Then, enter the admin ID number on the provided field and click on the “Edit” button.

The form on this page is the same form you see when creating an account.


All you have to do is make the necessary changes and click on the “Edit” button.

Delete an account

From the “View Admin” page, you can delete an account by clicking on the “Delete” button.

Or, if you know the admin ID number of that account, you could go through the menu bar route by clicking “Settings” ➡ “Accounts” ➡ “Delete  Account” on the menu bar.

Then, enter the admin ID number on the provided field and click on the “Delete” button.
