How to check the games report?

The games report has information that’s different from what you would find on the games list or on the games details page.


As you will see later on, the games report deals more with the total bet and revenue you get from the various games on the system.

In this guide, you will learn how to check the games report and see which game providers are giving you the most revenue.

Check games report

To access the games report, click “Reports” ➡ “Games Report” on the menu bar.

Here’s what each column on this table represents:

  • Provider: Games provider

  • Promo Bet: Total bonus bet amount on the provider’s games

  • Promo GGR: Gross revenue from bonuses

  • Cash Bet: Total cash bet amount on the provider’s games

  • Cash GGR: Gross revenue from the cash bets

  • JPC: Small extra fee charged by game providers for their jackpot games

  • Game Tax: For regulated countries where gambling tax is applied


You can also break down the information and see the numbers by games.


All you have to do is click on the + icon beside the game provider’s name.

Like the other tables on the back office, the table that contains the games report has filter functions.


However, the only available filter is date range (from and to).

There’s also the export function. After clicking the “Export” button, just select which type of format you would like the export to be.

As usual, the “Reset” button resets the table.
